This has happened more than once. What is the review process that takes place for such articles? Is there one? I'd imagine if written as a blog there is little time to do any.

Its not so much the article as the original report https://www.somo.nl/riotinto-taxschemes-mongolia/ … - they send it to the company for a response, but really didn't seem to take it on or check their analysis with others

The article betrays a lack of understanding. WHT has to be priced in and later imposition of WHT is often a Termination Event Depends on the ultimate source/type of the funding: Syndicated Loan, Subpart, Bond Issue? WHT inhibits access to cheaper funding and many lenders.
