Familiar stuff. You haven't been reading the 2018 Financial Secrecy Index... Some small points (Note 61 looking like wrong source a few times). But bigger Qs on how much is really dodgy and preventive. Eg Indonesia amnesty showed c$3bn in Australia. Suggests solns not tight?
Largest amounts declared in Indonesian amnesty were undeclared assets in Indonesia. And little of what was declared from offshore was subsequently brought onshore - suggesting that tax evasion not the only or main reason for being offshore?
