For some people the answer is 'no' on principle - the quid pro quo for using an honest person using a Ltd company vehicle should be public identification (even if this doesn't stop, but only makes life a little harder for those who are intent on committing crime) .
For others it depends on how effective the mechanism is in catching crooks and deterring opportunistic tax evaders - so the question of what % of $s is honest money vs dodgy money matters for thinking about proportionality
My guess is the situation may be somewhere between @Bakhunin @TobyQuantrill1 's worst fears and @CapEconGlobal @BVIFinance rosy picture - I should take a closer look!
