Yes indeed - I think that's the psychology of the "How's My Driving" sticker - it's a pledge to try to get it right & an invitation for feedback from all - bystanders included

I’m struck that, understandably, many people are reluctant to admit unconscious bias. Reducing the stigma and focusing on what folks can do/are doing to counteract bias would be a good start.
