Doing my tax return. Every year it makes me think I should switch from the bank that gave me a free dictionary & sports bag when I was 11. Why is there not a button that says 'download tax year as csv' ?!?

Yes I know....! (but if I did that I wouldn't be one of those people doing their tax return in Jan ;-) ) It does have a button for downloading the last 12 months as a csv. But not one where you can select the dates.

Still I'd have to download my bank records & format them onto a spreadsheet. It just seems so weird when everything else in online life is is designed to anticipate users desires, that the bank doesn't make this task simple
