I dont think this is quite right. What they say is that there are 44 male staff, of which 39 work in head office. Overall the split between male and female staff at HQ is about even, but on the shopfloor it is almost all female http://www.phase-eight.com/fcp/content/gender-pay-policy/content …

You're welcome. Small boutique shops with 2-3 staff & female customers. v. hands on service - bringing sizes to changing room, offering opinion on outfits. I'm not sure will ever find equal number of men wanting the job, or that customers would comfortable
