Curious framing. The existing system suffers from the same defect as the one I identify in UTFA, and other defects besides. And yet ... it exists.
I mean: ALP suggests that two identical factories next door producing same product with same costs might be expected to pay similar tax bill (1/)

As u point out UTFA would give them different tax bills if one was part of a retail group & the other only selling into the same retail group. Which seems arbitrary (2/)
