Good to remind people of 'tax havenry'. But not so convinced on the scale and impact of mobility, and think we need to recognise the risks of secrecy to domestic tax bases.

I'm thinking there may be a public consensus that real estate investors dodging stamp duty and cap gains, or VAT on private jets etc. is undesirable. Some of that stuff may have already been dealt with, I don't know.
