      Its a serious question. Reuven Avi-Yonah said the docs give a 'rare' insight' and HMRC would be unaware of this structuring. Maybe I'm missing something? Can anyone explain if this looks extraordinary?pic.twitter.com/qXJ20fPJ87

      Its true I just did a quick search for the Professor and "Jersey Property Unit Trusts" and I can't find that he has written anything on them, so maybe its just not his area.
