Makes life harder for tax evaders/criminals. Not very relevant to tax avoidance, though.
Especially for honest tax evaders/criminals who always fill in forms correctly.

Yes, those guys have big problems. The others will presumably look to insert local patsies as fake owners - then all about enforcement.
