      If the ownership chain ends in VG and we're not missing info, then it is likely that capital flows there and gets reinvested.

      Do you mean capital or returns? Returns flow up the chain to owners. Can be reinvested or paid out. Capital (apart from patents) not in OFCs

      I think you mean 'returns' whenever you say 'capital' in the paper - it completely changes the meaning. It is back-to-front

          The formal definition there is 'operating revenue' which I think is an Americanism US meaning the same as 'operating profit'.
