Not a book, but Settlers of Catan game -- its DIY Ricardo - trading sheep, wheat, logs etc. .. (and much less soul-sapping than Monopoly)

Seconded! Not so much because of the economics lessons, but Catan is one of my absolute favourite games. Fantastic entertainment
