      Policies without evidence doesn't seem a good way forward. Evaluation needs data? Otherwise weak basis for any actions and even poss harm.

          People don't engage with evidence because it doesn't suit them. That won't change. It is a power struggle not an evidence struggle.

          Nobody. Evidence evidently a problem! To effect any big change in policies is Political. So politicians need convincing arguments + evidence

          I think the imperative here is to use evidence *right*. Acknowledging caveats, context of application, analysis scope, etc. Often gets lost.
