No. Aid, FDI, trade can be quantified. Fiscal leakages harder. Adding numbers up somewhat meaningless. IFF

Point is to counter idea of UK as benevolent aid donor. Resources flow the other way too. Most people don't get this.

But is it? If figures can be shown to be wrong, not even in line with Report, I think credibility of your case can crumble. Why risk that?
