+ im not sure about the effectiveness of UK tax inspectors going overseas to improve capacity. i worry that neglects problms at global level

i'm surprised there's nothing on pushing for a global minimum effective tax rate, or a seat at the decision table for developing countries.

Striking absence is that of public country-by-country reporting - so the CGD position is less progressive than any major party. Sigh.

Personally: I don’t think there is a direct alignment between more progressive & this form of disclosure
