      Evidence that CSPs do a poor job - look at Dr Sharman's work & leaks from offshore centres. Sometimes CSPs collude with clients to hide info

      It doesn't have to be either/or - this seems to be a weakness in your argument. Yes, license CSPs. Yes allow open access.

          .. Not obvious that publishing needed for AML/KYC etc or that is universal social contract so open & private seem like legitimate choices
