Is there any evidence that company service providers are able to analyse data? Or that they would have access to networks of data?
They hv direct access to someone trying to register co at time of registration (at v least to collect their fee) & can be regulated & fined

Regulation and fining are no good if you don't detect problems. Analysis can help find problems (such as nationality being free text entry)

Thats fairly trivial to find (important for database design but doesn't need 'many eyes' on the data to notice)
