Evidence that CSPs do a poor job - look at Dr Sharman's work & leaks from offshore centres. Sometimes CSPs collude with clients to hide info

And despite that, 70% of UK companies are actually created by CSPs, so there's a degree of checking that goes on (but often very poorly)

Is there any evidence that company service providers are able to analyse data? Or that they would have access to networks of data?

They hv direct access to someone trying to register co at time of registration (at v least to collect their fee) & can be regulated & fined
