      Huh? APA says how Apple allocates European revenue, not how it's transferred back to US, right? So APA doesn't directly affect US?

      no, I think I saw that the cost sharing with the US was under an APA which the IRS had agreed. May have got that wrong maybe.

      Ah so US isn't affected by the IRL APA, but yes, affected by the US APA. Vestager's saying US could/should not have okay'ed US APA

          Yep, but the state aid case doesn't seem to involve the US APA. Vestager's merely politely reminding the US of it :)
