      that is a broader question...regulating overseas conduct of MNCs is not easy or obvious A., although it happens (eg FCPA)

          Oh yeah, good point re: FCPA. & yes, I'm sure it is tricky. Lightening products are just so so heinous. They are EVERYWHERE here
