@rorymeakin suggesting that intl treaties can deliver $$s from MNC tax on par w historic levels of aid. Playing down need for domestic PFM

@MForstater thanks. Don't know much, am afraid, but am sceptical about need to tax investment more. More persuaded by ARI calls for land tax
