@MForstater you accept the concept of tax planning in your own piece; do you not accept that it has a subcategory which engages TP risk?

@MForstater the curve is not for individual business decisions, it is for filing positions adopted pursuant to tax planning

@MForstater google's tax planning, since it engaged TP risk, resulted in a filing position on the curve past the down-turn

@_DavidQuentin - I cant see how one would run a business like Google's without involving TP risk!
