@gchelwa (i'm not a tax expert...) Yes you are right at the level of a subsidiary. But not at the level of the group (i.e. overall)...
@gchelwa i.e. at the group level (i.e: where MTN is reporting 35%) there is nowhere to shift profits to(unless it was a case of fraud/theft)
