      Initial estimate of global #BEPS $100bn to $240bn per @OECDtax . NGO estimates for poorer countries (only) of same magnitude. No clear figs?

      @hselftax No thats not right either! ;-) IMF estimate was for developing countries not just LDCs (categories are confusing...)
