      @DhamiAS Starving and desperate children need the protection of guidelines and regulations more than anyone. Aid cannot be a free-for-all.

          @DhamiAS Yes of course give aid to Nepal. But baby milk given inappropriately causes diarhea & leads to more babies dying. Its not about PC!
