          @MForstater @alexcobham. Damn. Lots of hits. AAPPG 3/06 'been unable to find the original research'. Apparently a 2002 or 2004 AU paper.

          @iaincampbell07 @MForstater It's 2002 AU paper, for Addis meeting, but basis unclear. Finding may be 25% Af GDP rather than implied $148bn.
