Sure. But I mean why didn't anyone notice the opportunity to undercut the Swiss if they were making such huge margins on all world trade!
@owenbarder So hypothesis is that all swiss transit exports = money laundering with complicit buyers (may well be some but I doubt all!)

@owenbarder - if true, as with Zam-Copper example does follow that there is value defrauded from producer country. -
@owenbarder Its like if someone smuggles $1m in cash in a suitcase, it doesn't follow that the suitcase manufacturer lost out on the deal!
