Sure. But I mean why didn't anyone notice the opportunity to undercut the Swiss if they were making such huge margins on all world trade!
@owenbarder the research doesn't test that hypothesis though, its an assumption.

@owenbarder methodology assumes that Swiss physical export prices can be applied to all Swiss trade. There is no reason to assume this. -
