@MForstater Zambia 80% is that difference indeed; but the problem documented applies to *both* prices to Sui below world P, & from Sui above

@MForstater Framing also fine if you consider the price declared as received by a major commodity trader as a reasonable world market price

@alexcobham I think it's productive to understand the evidence, & I think this case is widely misunderstood (I did too when I 1st heard it)
