@MForstater also question of perspective: UK MNCs we look at head office, foreign MNC in UK we would have to look at the subsidiary first
@FairTaxMark 1) seems odd: UK rules need own std, but all other countries can be covered by same one? 2) is FTM only concerned w UK tax?
