@MForstater @owenbarder Better to abolish IHT, CGT & stamp duty, and then tax housing wealth annually by revaluing council tax bands.
@owenbarder Maybe better (but also unpopular) wld be to include homes in CGT on sale or bequest (wonder how much of r>g = house prices?)
