@MForstater But tell me what you think, given public finance constraints in OECD - how much would you call for them to earmark for mitig?
@alexevansuk - Clearly there is not enough money. But can't put all into adaptation and none into mitigation.

@MForstater Fair point. In my defence, the paper I'm working on (re a post2015 Global Partnership) also calls for 10% of ODA to go on GPGs; -
@MForstater scaled up innovative financing; and clearer rationale for grant aid to MICs (incl. where it can leverage priv sect $)
