@MForstater Yes under WTO definition of subsidy - question I have, in the context of climate change, what should we be subsidising?
@shelaghwhitley how much is from reduced VAT for energy bills? shld we call it subsidy? (CF: children's shoes, clothes, food = subsidised?)
