      @MForstater the difference is that if hub is in a real jurisdiction, tax risk for opco jurisdiction would not have been created deliberately

          @MForstater Amazon PE risk is >0%. TP risk on export of Castle beer brand, Zug management fees &c is >0%.

          @_DavidQuentin - that’s my point - doubt it’s possible to run a biz like Amazon w 0 tax risk. End up assuming that any intra-trade is dodgy?
