@MForstater the difference is that if hub is in a real jurisdiction, tax risk for opco jurisdiction would not have been created deliberately -
@_DavidQuentin - the examples u link to - SABMiller & Amazon seem to be in the campaign/reputation risk zone more than compliance risk zone?
