@hmryder Hannah - report doesn’t say repatriated profits are untaxed. Just says that they flow out ( i.e. FDI makes returns for investors)

@MForstater - yes. I'm not saying they're always untaxed either. But sometimes they aren't (enough)... Its worth continuing to investigate. -
