In which case we could eliminate this risk by stopping assigning.
Except there is no one "assigning" and the risk relates to material reality.

let me add that focusing men's attention to this issue is important as early diagnosis is vital. The statistic of one man every 45 minutes is heartbreaking
given that it is remarkably manageable with early diagnosis.
