Sorry to be crude but do you think that teenage girls should have the right to undress and shower in a penis-free space?

So is that a no then? Teenage girls who don't want to encounter people with penises in the spaces where they are undressing and showering are prudes?

I hope you are going to come back with an answer? Its not a gotcha but a serious question. It gets at the question of where does the "right to swing my fist" end and the "other person's nose" begin.

Its not enough just to say "be radical defenders of rights" if we are not willing to carefully look at how those rights are balanced in relation to different people and different protected characteristics.

Seriously? After all this you've got no answer? No of course no one has to lose. The pragmatic solution is offer male, female & gender neutral/single occupancy option. But the approach being promoted in the name of validating identity is that penises in the girls showers are OK

And theres me thinking you were actually interested in exploring the tension between women's rights and the desire of trans people for validation as the opposite sex. Turns out, at every turn you thought women's rights just too unimportant to consider.pic.twitter.com/9kofIRO0AA
