      If I didn't know if I would be born male or female I would still think it fair to have women's sports (ie excluding men) Because that is fair. Men have a significant physical advantage over women.

      Please be clear about language. It is not symmetrically about 'people' Males who take female hormones is a different situation from females who take male hormones. Females dont have physical advantages over males in the first place, and taking T is doping.

      The view that males who take hormone treatment do not retain a physical advantage is not supported by evidence https://fairplayforwomen.com/emma_hilton/  The question of whether males should be allowed to play in women's sports is important enough to deserve an answer.

          Consider you might be born female. You might be interested in sport. You might invest time & effort training. You might deserve a level playing field. We know (1) males have physical advantage (2) there is no evidence that taking hormones for a year eliminates that advantage...

          Should women and girls be allowed to retain all female sports competitions, until and unless there is evidence that physical advantage of males is eliminated by a set of treatments/criteria ?
