Which is why we have the single sex exemptions, and rules on single sex facilities on schools, prisons, workplaces, hospital wards in the first place. Because bodily privacy is a really basic expectation. The fact that we are even having to defend it astounds me

I think the question in single sex spaces for women is not exactly if "someone male is in the space", but if "someone who is perceived to be male" is in the W only space. A tiny # of TS women (who don't stand out as men) have used women's locker rooms and bathrooms for ages...
