What protections? Unless they are service providers, they have NO "right" to expect segregation or trans exclusion. They can have it if the service provider chooses to grant it AND has proportionate reason.
(I don't think u understand indirect discrimination s19 but anyway...) so you would also agree that where a service offers unisex facilities + facilities for each sex separately, that men (i.e. under the PC sex) have NO "right" to expect to enter the women's facilities?

That is up to the service provider. I agree it is easier for the provider to justify the user of both exceptions if a gender neutral space is also provided for the same service. But nothing requires the provider to use them.
