The issue is that existing definitions are attached to legal rights which attach to sex (in old money). So here we have people someone moving into your house and defining themselves as owning it. And the coloniser is male and the colonised female....
But the words for even pointing that out, have been made unusable... and the rights were won in almost living memory. Its the move where TRAs say "I don't accept your concept of sex, but i'll take the sports & spaces that go with it"

Exactly right. Tho, as Helen suggested, many GCs & rad-fems have contributed 2 that "unusability" by peddling wooish "biological essentialist" concepts of the sex CATEGORIES (abstractions) C convo I'm in with FB;
