Thank you, an excellent statement! One Q on para 31 - it says "such as career pathways and the design of cities and suburbs". I understand about career pathways, but what is it about the design of cities and suburbs that disadvantage women?
was thinking about how the move to the burbs that many proffessional couples make when they have kids tends to lead to women dropping out of work, or taking more local jobs. The long commute which buys a bigger house & better school = barrier to restarting careers after a break

Eg transport season tickets suit 5 day a week commuter. So a family where 1 parent commutes full time has cheaper fares than 2 parents commuting part time. The world designed not for shared parenting tends to push parents into different roles, which are hard to switch back
