Your belief, women = adult human females, is flawed below the waterline. The word "woman" is not your's to own; like every other word it is owned by society, and we decide how to interpret it, and for at least the last century, society has accepted that transwomen are women too

So what word would you use for adult human females then? Or has society deemed there is no need have a word to talk about the interests of this group of people, or their rights?

"Woman" is a perfect description of adult human females, as insisted by the will and wisdom of society. By the same token, society accepts that transwomen share what is really more than just a word, but is in fact a set of truly beautiful values that the word "woman" encapsulates

"A set of truly beautiful values that the word "woman" encapsulates"? No. That's sexist stereotypes. Having a female body is what makes you a woman. If you were born with a cock and balls you're not a woman regardless of your "truly beautiful values".

That may be your view, but it is not that of the prevailing society, and nor has it been for at least half a century, and indeed is now encapsulated in law, specifically Equality Act 2010, and specifically to protect people against transphobic views like yours

Are we back to this again? Do show us in the Equality Act where it says that it is possible for a person to change their protected characteristic of sex just by saying so.

It takes a detour via the Gender Recognition Act. You can be male and protected by the protected characteristic of "sex", change sex by getting a GRC, then be protected as a female under EA2010. You don't need any surgery to get a GRC, just the power of persuasion and £140.

And if you don't have a GRC, remain male in every sense.

Yes agreed, a male, 30 trillion XY chromosomes in every male body can't be wrong, plus a prostate for additional confirmation. But for the sake of the good mental health of the individual, it is cheaper on the NHS and socially responsible to allow that male to identify as a woman
