Yes, women can wear what they like and express their emotions precisely, a privilege not enjoyed by men. If men express femininity they are hounded by society; but now they can do this under protection of EA2010 "gender reassignment", see my storyhttp://juliemiller.me.uk/about-me/

Thats grand. But it doesn't make them women. Legally. Or in any other way. Express your femininity by all means. Respect that women exist and have rights. Do not think you are welcome to be in spaces where women are vulnerable, naked, changing or expect privacy from men.
