Not quite. I am saying that everyone has a sex, and in some situations sex matters. e.g. for most jobs your sex does not matter and you shouldn't be discriminated against for being M or F. But a job as a bra fitter for example can legitimately be restricted only to female staff

Some people believe that everyone has a "gender identity". People should not face discrimination because of their belief in gender identity, but nor can they compel others to share the belief.

You would need to specify what is meant by "gender" (gender as a synonym for sex, gender as social norms, the idea of gender identity, gender expression - i.e. clothes/hair/makeup etc..) It is clear what sex means, but 'gender' not so much.
