Also sex is *nothing* like race. "race" is surface level adaptations to different geography & climates that started about 70,000 years ago. Sex is older than human beings, older than mammals. Its ancient - vertebrates with internal fertilisation go back 400,000,000 years.

I'm not sure I understand, feminists have always stated the importance of sex - that sex is the reason women are oppressed & discriminated against. It was the anti-feminist backlash known as 'liberal feminism' which started to focus on choice (victim blaming) rather than class
