Harry & my case pose similar Qs - is stating even generally that human beings can't change sex, fundamentally offensive (on par w using the N word according to CGD) or is it legitimate speech? (as well as true, if not always polite)https://twitter.com/WeAreFairCop/status/1197121801794531330 …

As
@legalfeminist reported the argument being made is that gender critical belief does not deserve these human rights protections because it is dangerous & humiliating, and its expression should be suppressed for the protection and freedom of transwomenhttps://twitter.com/legalfeminist/status/1196747803474747393 …Maya Forstater added,

Suppressing freedom of expression in a democracy is a big deal. The judgments in our two cases will have significant ramifications one way or another - which ought to make them interesting whether you agree w the gender critical view or with "Transwomen are women, get over it"

What is notable is many orgs that would normally take an interest in these kinds of Qs are not saying *anything* at all about the fact that these cases are happening

Replying to @MForstater @NWtoG and
Absolutely!! Women, in the face of the assault on their rights, must take silence as complicity??

Yes. Complicity, fear, pragmatic silence... No org has even put out a basic 'Grainger' explainer related to my case. I guess because even that opens you up to the Q 'what do you think about whether women exist as a sex?', and no one can answer 'I have never thought about it'!
