At my tribunal the Judge welcomed live tweeting as a means of #openjustice . It was brilliantly done by @wwwritingclub. Someone didn't like something she reported and complained to @Twitter. Cases that I've been in most certainly came into a few of those elements. Lauri Love being extradited to the US. Rights for unmarried partners. Just as 2 examples. The Justices said journos only..which was absurd IMHO. It doesn't matter though. You shouldn't have been penalised
