What’s surprising, reading that doc, is that the UN will pay transitioning, and associated, medical costs for employees and spouses. Are there any other employers that do this?

Also it says equal parental leave for all - whether giving birth or not - I agree should be equal parental leave for becoming a new parent. But *also* maternity leave for being pregnant and giving birth (and recovering and breastfeeding) itself! This doesn't get a mention
